BedMate’s Sleep
Profile tracking program:
Especially designed for simplicity and ease of use,
BedMate’s optional software tracking program allows you
to use your PC to plot and follow your night-to-night
sleep performance. A nightly record of your sleep scores
can help you identify various lifestyle behaviors that
might be contributing to poor sleep. Like many
individuals, you may have developed habits that get in
the way of restful sleep. Simple changes such as more
relaxation, increased exercise and improved diet can
help enrich sleep habits, enhance sleep performance and
decrease daytime drowsiness, thus improving your overall
health and well being. Even if you think you know the
causes and nature of your sleep problems, BedMate’s
sleep profile graphs may surprise you with the patterns
you uncover.
Sleep Tracking is extremely easy to use: just key in you
your nightly profile score and the program automatically
sets the date and fills in the bar chart. The chart
provides a graphic display of your last 13 sleep scores,
and you can scroll the screen back and forth to follow
your weekly sleep patterns. The program is compatible
with any Windows-based PC, allowing you to track and
print a graphic picture of your nightly scores. No
download cable is required – just install the CD and
you’re ready to go.
The combination of the BedMate meter and its
accompanying software will provide all the motivational
value you need to improve sleep performance. You won’t
have to guess how many good nights of sleep you’ve
achieved, and you won’t have to undergo extensive sleep
tests to find out whether your lifestyle efforts have
been successful. The answer will be right in front of
you on your computer screen. Proper sleep is just as
important as proper nutrition. It’s a basic part of a
healthy routine. It’s also important to realize that the
lack of quality sleep takes a physical toll. There is no
substitute for a good night’s sleep.
The BedMate concept was developed by Baltimore-based IM
